1. Acceptance

By using RealWorkFromHomeJobs.com you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms occasionally — material changes will be flagged on this page.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act on behalf of the company you're posting for (if applicable).

3. Job posts — what's allowed

You may post a job on this site only if the position is 100% remote. Specifically:

  • No hybrid or "remote-friendly" roles. If the role requires periodic office attendance, it doesn't belong here.
  • No relocation requirements. The worker can live anywhere the role's stated timezone / region allows.
  • Jobs must be for a real, currently-open position at a real company.
  • The apply URL must lead to a legitimate application destination — your company's careers page, an ATS, or a direct email. Affiliate links, lead-gen funnels, and MLM signup pages are not permitted.
  • You may not post recruitment-services ads, training courses, cryptocurrency schemes, adult content, or any role that discriminates on the basis of any protected characteristic under applicable law.

4. Moderation

Every post is reviewed before it goes public. We reserve the right to reject, edit, unpublish, or remove any post for any reason — including but not limited to violating these Terms. Rejection reasons are shared with the poster where possible. We also reserve the right to ban accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

5. Pricing and refunds

Free posts are free. Featured and Premium tiers are charged up-front at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

Refunds: If your paid post is rejected during moderation, you'll receive a full refund within 7 business days. If your post is approved and goes live, refunds are at our discretion — write to [email protected] within 14 days of payment and we'll review the case.

6. Post lifetime

Approved posts stay live for the duration their plan specifies (60 days for Free and Featured, 90 days for Premium). After that they automatically drop out of public listings.

7. Your content, your responsibility

You own the content you submit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and index it as part of operating the site (including in RSS feeds, email digests, search-engine results, and social previews). You warrant that you have the rights to the content you post and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Applying for jobs

When you click "Apply" you leave our site for the employer's own application destination. We are not party to your application or employment relationship. We don't guarantee that any posted role is currently open or that the employer will respond.

9. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep listings accurate and the site online, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or any outcome (job offers, hires, etc.). Use the site at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, whichever is greater). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without notice.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RealWorkFromHomeJobs.com is operated. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
