About the job

Shape the future of Linear — the issue tracker used by some of the fastest-moving software teams in the world. You will own end-to-end design work from problem framing through pixel-perfect shipping, and write opinionated specs that engineering can build directly from.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead design on at least one core product surface (Triage, Cycles, Roadmaps).
• Produce both quick exploration sketches and tight, ship-ready Figma files.
• Partner closely with engineering on motion, micro-interactions, and edge cases.

Ideal Profile

• 6+ years designing SaaS or developer tools.
• A portfolio that shows opinionated, considered design — not just "Dribbble pretty."
• Fluent in Figma, comfortable contributing to a design system codebase.
