Be the strategic partner for our largest EMEA customers — Fortune 500 companies running Notion as their company-wide knowledge base. You will reduce churn, expand accounts, and bring back customer signal to product.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Own a portfolio of 30–50 enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
- Run quarterly business reviews, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities.
- Feed customer pain back into product roadmap.
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years CS / account management at a B2B SaaS company.
- Fluent English + working German.
- Comfortable presenting to VPs and C-level.
